Acers Academy’s mission is to create new possibilities for people and organizations everywhere. Our e-learning modules  includes professional courses taught by real-world experts. You can take courses across a wide range of categories, some of which include: Law Entrance Examinations and CUET-UG 

The foundation of each Acers Academy course are its modules, which include videos, slides, text, and learning quizzes. In addition, downloadable files are included in the Material Tab as a way to enhance the learning experience of students.

Acers Academy is a digital e-learning platform in which courses can be accessed from several different devices and browsers, including a desktop, laptop, and mobile. You can simply go to the website -> access All Courses from the main menu, select the desired course from the Course Category pull-down menu, and accordingly, you can purchase it by paying a fee if it’s a paid course, or simply enrol by registering yourself if it’s a free course.

After you enrol in or purchase the course, you will get an email from the Acers Academy account confirming your purchase or registration. You can begin the course by logging in to www.theacersacademy.com and navigating to the My Account page.

Once you 100% complete the course, you will get a certificate, which makes you eligible for 10% cashback. Just send the certificate to support@theacersacademy.com, we will verify it at the backend and transfer the cashback to your account.

We completely understand the kind of pressure students go through, so accordingly, all our courses are in “free form,” i.e., there is no restriction on the prerequisites, time period, or finishing the first chapter before accessing others. Once registered, the user has complete control over his learning; he can choose what subject, lesson, or quiz he intends to undertake. There are no deadlines to begin or complete a course. Competitive exam learning courses have a 1-year validity from the date of purchase. Professional courses have a validity of 1–3 months, depending on the course.

While Acers Academy is not a government-accredited institution, we offer skills-based courses taught by real-world experts in their field. Every free or paid course features a certificate of completion to document your accomplishment. However, a certificate would be issued only if you completed 100% of the course, i.e., all chapters, lessons, and quizzes.

Yes! All our courses contain preview chapters, lessons, and quizzes. You can preview the course and review key information about it. You can search Acers Academy’s ever-growing courses and find courses you’re interested in enrolling!

Acers Academy supports several different payment methods, such as credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, etc., through third-party service providers accredited and authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. We do not store your financial information on our website or database.

We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on Acers Academy can be refunded within 7 days from the date of purchase. If you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy. After 7 days from the date of purchase, the course is ‘non-refundable’.

If you find you have a question about a paid course while you’re taking it, you can search for answers to your question in the quizzes or send us an email at support@theacersacademy.com. Our support team is also happy to help.

Yes. You will continue to have access to the course after you complete it, provided that your account is in good standing and Acers Academy continues to have a licence for the course. So, if you wish to review specific content in the course after you finish it or take it all over again, you can.

No. Your access to a course is not affected by the price you paid for it.

No, we provide 1-year access to free courses, provided the account remains in good standing and Acers Academy continues to offer that course free of charge. After 1 year from the date of registration, user data is automatically deleted.

You Yes.  All users will have access to the subscription content until the final date of the billing period, which is available on the My Account page, regardless of what price they paid for it or whether they used a coupon to enrol or not.

We host variety of courses, designed for students, academicians and professionals, of which we own the copyright to sell the content of the courses. On rare occasions, we may have to remove courses for policy or legal reasons. On a super rare occasion If this does happen to a ‘paid’ course you’re enrolled in.  We will refund the fee on pro-rata basis.

As mentioned above this can happened only on super rare occasions due to government policy or legal reasons. If this does happen to a paid course you’re enrolled in, We will notify and refund the fee on pro-rata basis.

If you are registered with us, log in with an email and password. You will be directed to your account page, where you can find all the courses in which you have enrolled.

No problem !! in the event you forget or loose your password you can simply click on ‘lost my forget’ and enter your username / email id.  You will receive an email from the  through which you can reset your password easily.
